If you weren’t there then you pretty much blew it. The best day of the year so far went down at South Straddie. 4 – 6 foot barrels which were non stop until well after lunch time. Of course, some of the best surfers in the world were there going mad! Below is a little clip I put together for Surfing Life… Enjoy!
Back in early October, I went down to Forster with the ASL team and tested out a bunch of different boards. It was really interesting seeing some of the designs from Australia’s best shapers. Below are a few of the pages that I featured in and also my first cover… well back cover… does that count?
Shauno just sent me over the new OTIS Ad for the next issue of ASL. It will be out in a few days and Im also in there flaring it up for the board buyers guide. I went down to Forster with Asher, Craig Ando and Kirby and Tyler Wright back in mid October. We ended up getting pumping waves to try out all these boards… It was epic! Keep your eye out for it!
Below is a feature from the latest issue of ASL (December 09). I went on a trip to Sumbawa in August with Hippo, Vassa, Cambo and Dowthy and I ended up writing the story for it. I also got a few good shots run which I was stoked about! Check it out…
